  On 09/21/17 called to have full coverage on my car changed to liability only
  Rep made changes to policy over the phone and gave me the new amount for my car insurance and assured me that new amount would come out of my checking account on the 4th of October I call my agent mark skorusa and was assured by him as well that new amount would be taken out on the 4th of October
  Checked my account today and the old amount had been pulled instead!
  I called the number for the agent but was routed to a corporate rep who saison the payment taken could not be reversed!
  I asked to speak with supervisor and was given resolution spec by the name steve cates who also told me the same thing! I hung up after letting him know I will be reporting the company mark skorusa and him
  THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE WAY Of DOING BUSINESS WITH YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!
